PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - The Raiders announced Saturday that they have released Antonio Brown.
With his release, AB will become an unrestricted free agent and free to sign where he wants.
The news comes after Brown posted on Instagram that he wanted to be released from the team.

ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reported earlier on Saturday that Brown's ask to be release may have come from the Raiders fining AB $215,073.53 Friday night "for conduct detrimental to the team" and that the Raiders voided the $29.125 million worth of guaranteed money in Brown's deal:
ESPN's Tom Darlington received an e-mail from Antonio prior to the news of his release. AB told Darlington that the Raiders "took away my guarantees" and added there's ""no way I play after they took that and made my contract week to week."
