Penguins' Maatta Out Indefinitely With Upper-Body Injury

PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - The Penguins have placed Olli Maatta on the injured reserve list after the Penguins defenseman suffered an upper-body injury during Monday night’s 4-1 win against the Flyers in Philadelphia.

Maatta was hit into the boards during the game and seemed to absorb most of the hit with his shoulder

Maatta will be out indefinitely.

In 55 games this season Maatta has 1 goal and 12 assists. He is a plus-7.
