If Paul Skenes pitches poorly and the Pirates lose, Jason thinks there's a chance he's shut down. Ben Cherington said Skenes has been excellent, and Skenes is still top 10 in pitcher WAR, but Jason doesn't think it's been a terrible season. Jason wishes Braxton Ashcraft would have had another complete game. Jason believes Konnor Griffin will be back when eligible on Sept. 4.
