The Tribune Review reports that Scott McMullen is accused of choking a basketball coach and hitting another person.
The alleged incident occurred last week during a Kids Club basketball game in Washington County.
His lawyer, Phil DiLucente says the 46-year-old Mullen was defending his son.
DiLucente tells the Trib that an adult put his hands on Mullen’s son, prompting the incident.
North Hills tells the Trib they have no comment on the situation at this time.
