Former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs is facing charges after he allegedly threatened to kill someone during an argument at a Starbucks last month.
TMZ Sports says that Suggs was arrested on Tuesday in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The incident reportedly happened on March 10 in Scottsdale.
Suggs drove his vehicle past the ordering menu and put it in reverse to make his order.
While doing that he hit another man’s vehicle.
Suggs and the man in the other car argued by returned to their cars without incident, until Suggs reportedly gave the man a middle finger, starting another incident.
TMZ says court documents show Suggs challenged the other man to a fight, threatened his life and showed a gun.
Suggs is reportedly charged with disorderly conduct and intimidation. He was released on Tuesday.
A representative for Suggs tells TMZ the former Raven feared for his life during the incident.
For years, Suggs was a thorn in the side of Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers.
His last year in Baltimore was in 2018. He played in Arizona and Kansas City before retiring in 2020.
