PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – The Pens announced their preseason schedule. The home portion is weekend heavy.
The first pair of preseason games will be on the road, starting Monday, September 22 at Montreal and then Wednesday, September 24 at Columbus. The opener at home is Friday, September 26 against Detroit and then the next day hosting the Blue Jackets, both games start at 7p.
Pens are back on the road on Monday at Detroit and Wednesday, October 1 at Buffalo. The final preseason game will be at home on Friday, October 3 against the Sabres at 7p.
The next big events are the NHL Draft starting on Friday, NHL free agency begins on July 1 and then team prospect camp in Cranberry Township July 3-7.
