Jagr, who won back-to-back Stanley Cups with Pittsburgh in his first two seasons in the NHL, is now the owner, president and a player with Klando, his hometown in the Czech Republic.

The 50-year-old is organizing a game at the O2 Arena in Prague Tuesday night with all proceeds from the event going to those who have been forced to leave their home after Russia invaded Ukraine.

The O2 seats up to 18,000 people, compared to the Klando’s home arena that holds nearly 5,200.

“The last 10 days, the world has changed,” said Jagr in a video on Twitter. “All the money we gonna get is going to be using for those people, kids, mom and all people to help them to survive.
