CRANBERRY TWP. (93.7 The Fan) – Pens made it official with newly signed defenseman Declan Carlile during day one of NHL free agency on Wednesday, it’s a two-way contract worth $1.5 million.
The 26-year-old split time between Tampa Bay and Syracuse (Lightning AHL affiliate) last season recording a goal and two assists in 42 games in the NHL. He also played for Team USA at the 2026 World Championship with three points in five games.
The 6’3” lefty shot played three years at Merrimack College.
