The Penguins added several new members to their hockey operations staff.

Alexander Khavanov, a native of Russia who spent 15 years playing in the NHL and Russia joins the Pens at the team's European amateur scouting staff.
Matt Mangene, who just retired from a nine-year professional hockey, joins the amateur scouting staff.
Brian Hextall joins the Pens as an integrated development coach. He will work with players at the AHL level as way as other prospects in the system.
The younger Hextall played four seasons in the AHL and was a development coach for the Philadelphia Flyers from 2017-20
