According to multiple reports, including Andrew Fillipponi and Chris Mueller, Jake Guentzel will no longer be a Penguins come Thursday.

Multiple teams are reportedly interested in the Stanley Cup champion, with Vancouver the leading frontrunner.

Other teams include Las Vegas, Carolina, Florida and Edmonton

And, according to a rumor, Guentzel is “perturbed and disheartened” that Pittsburgh didn’t try to extend him this past offseason.

It’s also believed the Penguins have no intention of re-signing him this coming offseason.

Taken in the 3rd round of the 2013 draft by the Penguins, Guentzel has 219 career goals and 247 assists over 503 games played.

Guentzel is the most valuable trade asset the Penguins are willing to part with before the trade deadline.
