If Aaron Rodgers signs with the Pittsburgh Steelers, it won’t be a money issue.
According to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reports the New York Giants are offering more money to lure the 4x NFL MVP.
Fan Morning Show co-host Adam Crowley says that makes sense, given the worse situation the Giants find themselves in.
“They don’t (have) a great situation,” said Crowley. “You got a coach who’s fighting for his job, you got a good weapon in (Malik) Neighbors, you got a decent piece in (Darius) Slayton.”
There are also reports that the Minnesota Vikings are a part of the Rogers sweepstakes with the QB considering a move there.
The Steelers already lost quarterback Justin Fields to the Jets, which haven’t made a playoff appearance since losing to the Steelers in the 2010 AFC Championship game.
If Rodgers picks the Giants over the Steelers, “there’s a bigger story to tell,” said Fan Morning Show co-host Dorin Dickerson.
Especially if quarterback Russell Wilson signs with the Cleveland Browns.
And with Rodgers, the waiting game continues.
