The Aaron Rodgers waiting game with the Steelers continues, but the four-time MVP did make a public appearance over the weekend for the first time since he appeared on The Pat McAfee Show last month.
Rodgers was at The Kentucky Derby over the weekend and fueled speculation after he was seen wearing a ring, leading some people to wonder if he recently got married.
Rodgers told McAfee in April that he was in a serious relationship but not much is known about his partner.
On Monday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter told McAfee that he hasn’t had any update and those close to Rodgers are still waiting for him to decide.
But, “he looked great,” said Schefter.
Adam Crowley speculated on The Fan Morning Show, “Now that (marriage) is over with, perhaps get a honeymoon out of the way then sign.”
Some other people on social media were speculating that could’ve been what was holding him back from signing.
But, as we’ve learned with Rodgers, he keeps everything very close to the chest.
Steelers Fan insider Mark Kaboly, of The Pat McAfee Show, saying he thinks Rodgers will sign within the next 7 to 10 days.
