With no preseason and fan attendance largely disallowed, we have no idea what to expect in Week 1 of the 2020 NFL season.
Perhaps that adds to the intrigue.
The slate of games, in theory, looks pretty amazing. After Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson meet in the season's opening game, Tom Brady, now a Tampa Bay Buccaneer, will travel to New Orleans to square off with his new division-rival, Drew Brees. Joe Burrow, Henry Ruggs III, Jerry Jeudy and CeeDee Lamb will all be making their NFL debuts. The Los Angeles Rams will host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football, opening up the state-of-the-art SoFi Stadium in the process.
