Cam Heyward appears to be good for Sunday against the Cowboys. The defensive tackle was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's injury report.
The Steelers had a few people miss a relatively light practice on Thursday with limited participation from cornerback Mike Hilton (shoulder).
Also limited was backup defensive end Isaiah Buggs with an ankle injury.
Safety Jordan Dangerfield went full.
Defensive end Tyson Alualu missed with a knee injury and is not expected to play against Dallas this Sunday.
Newly activated offensive lineman Stefen Wisniewski also didn't practice but was just brought back to the 53-man roster today.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and center Maurkice Pouncey both had their usual veteran day off.
Receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster says they had a light practice on Wednesday because of all the back-to-back games and it gives players a change to heal up.
"What he did for us today, I've never seen that being done where we have a (half) practice of the amount of guys who are on the Injury list or just recovering," said Smith-Schuster. "Coach Tomlin's taking care of us man."
