PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Mason McCormick said it will be a smooth transition to right guard after starting at left the last two weeks. The hope is that he's there because Isaac Seumalo returns.

Seumalo back to a full practice on Wednesday for the first time since suffering a pectoral injury right before the start of the season.

"I've been working right and left and center forever," McCormick said. "It's something that's I've always continued to grow in. Not really that worried about it, I did it a lot in camp. I'll be ready for all three. Whatever happens, I'll be ready to roll."

After the loss of James Daniels, just having another veteran is a plus for the offensive line.

"Isaac is awesome," McCormick said. "He's super-knowledgeable. He works extremely hard. I think his intentionality within practice is something that us younger guys can look at and take from his game."

McCormick said Seumalo is always giving pointers and tricks of the trade. He said while it's nice to have him to that from the sideline, it will be better to have him in a game.

Russell Wilson & others

Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday that he believed Russell Wilson would be able to do more, he was still limited in practice on Wednesday. Also limited was defensive tackle Keeanu Benton (ankle), but Tomlin predicted that saying he would play against Dallas.

Outside linebacker Jeremiah Moon (ankle) has started his 21-day window to return from Injured Reserve and went through a full practice today.

·      LB Nick Herbig (ankle)
