“Had a phenomenal weekend in Pittsburgh, I mean I know you boys know all about it,” Watt told McAfee and his Pittsburgh-based staff.

He said it was the first time he was able to visit Pittsburgh “as a true fan.”

“It’s a special place, it’s a very, very special place,” Watt said speaking about the support he sees his brother T.J. get.

Watching his brother get prepped and hyped for last Thursday’s game, he said he was starting to get the itch again.

“That was truly the first time where I was like, ‘Man I wish I was doing this right now’,” said Watt. But after he heard his brother complaining about how sore he was after the game.

“Oh yeah, that’s why I don’t do it,” added Watt.

But, the next day J.J. in the Steelers training facility on the South Side and said he had a good lift.

Watt also said he was impressed by the amazing food in Pittsburgh, talking about Primanti Bros., Sarris chocolate-covered pretzels, Pierogi and a s**t ton of tater tots.”

He also talked about visiting Soergel Orchards, playing disc golf and “waving the s**t outta that thing, that’s a long song, I also learned that, long song, my arm was gassed!”
