PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster missed a second day of practice this week with a knee injury, however all others were able to go full on Thursday, including guard David DeCastro.

“He’s been practicing,” said Steelers offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner.  “I don’t make those decisions, but I know how hard he’s worked to put himself into a position to get back.”

“Nothing against the young (Kevin) Dotson last week because I thought he played really well for his first opportunity to play.”

“Obviously, your strength in numbers start to improve back when you are talking about an All-Pro-type player.  I have a smile on my face.”

Wide receiver Diontae Johnson with a toe injury and defensive lineman Tyson Alualu with a knee issue each returned to full practice.

One more practice Friday morning before hosting the Houston Texans on Sunday.
