"In a little better mood today," said Tomlin to open up his final news conference of the year.
"I'll say that, I certainly could've handled that situation better than I did, but I'll also say this, I just believe there is a time and a place for everything and post-game press conferences are probably not the place to address contract issues and things of that nature," said Tomlin.
Tomlin walked off after ESPN's Brooke Pryor began to ask, "Mike, you have a year left on your contract…"
Tomlin also said he plans to be the coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2024 and a contract will come when its appropriate.
