PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Signing Cam Heyward to a one-year extension through the 2027 season, the Steelers added another 30-something defensive lineman for two more years on Friday according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Steelers signed Sebastian Joseph-Day who has been with the Titans the last two seasons for two-years, $11 million. He played three seasons with the Rams, a season and a half with the Chargers, and a few games with the 49ers. The Stroudsburg, PA native has versatility having started games at nose tackle, defensive tackle and defensive end in his seven-year career.

The 6’4”, 310-pounder has started 90 of 105 career NFL games with 314 tackles, 15.5 sacks, 30 tackles for loss, eight passes defensed and four forced fumbles. He played just under 50% of the Titans defensive snaps in 2025.
