PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Looking like he made progress at the end of last week, Steelers corner Joe Haden returned to full practice for the first time since suffering a concussion against Washington.
There is an injury question around Terrell Edmunds, however he was able to practice full today, although his likely back-up, Sean Davis, the Steelers 2016 second round pick, resigned with the team this year, was out sick today. There has been a mix of whether or not that it ends up being a COVID-19 case.
Starting tailback James Conner was unable to practice with his quad injury and guard Kevin Dotson was unable to go with his shoulder. Steelers are already without starting left guard Matt Feiler with a pectoral injury.
While offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner said they wanted to work on continuity between Ben Roethlisberger and the receivers, there is also the issue of rest. Roethlisberger was given Thursday off.
Steelers practice two more times before the game Monday night at Cincinnati.
