According to a report the Steelers are promoting their assistant offensive line coach to head O-line coach.
The NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says Adrian Klemm will take over after the organization did not renew the contract of Shaun Sarrett.
The former Patriots draft pick spend the past two seasons as the assistant o-line coach and previous coached at UCLA before coming to Pittsburgh.
Klemm is the latest Steelers hire to come from inside the organization, which has been criticized for not looking outside of their walls when hiring.
The team recently promoted quarterbacks coach Matt Canada to offensive coordinator, after one season with the Steelers.
Initial reaction to Klemm's hire has not been positive.
