According to multiple reports, the Steelers are signing free agent wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins.
The 26-year-old 2020 sixth-round draft pick, out of Oregon State, was released by the San Francisco 49ers as part of their final roster cuts before the regular season.
Over 31 games in the NFL Hodgins has 60 catches for 634 yards and seven touchdowns.
He appeared in three games for Buffalo before being waived in November 2022. He was claimed by the New York Giants, where he played the last three seasons.
He signed a reserve/future contract with the 49ers after the 2024 season before he was released in August.
It’s unknown if Hodgins will be signed to the 53-man roster or the practice squad.
