PITTSBURGH (93.7 the Fan) The Pittsburgh Steelers are preparing to take on the Baltimore Ravens in the final regular season game of the 2021 NFL Season.
A day prior to the Week 18 matchup, however, the Steelers made a quick roster move.
The Steelers have reportedly waived defensive end Isaiah Buggs.
A sixth-round pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, Buggs has played in 29 games since then including seven career starts.
Through the 2021 season, Buggs has played in 10 games and six of his seven career starts.
Buggs was recently ruled out for the game against the Ravens, he was also recently lifted from the NFL's COVID list.

The Steelers still have a chance of reaching the playoffs; They will need to win against the Ravens but also hope for a win from the Jacksonville Jaguars over the Indianapolis Colts.
