PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – His four blocked kicks are most of any active player in the League, 33-year-old Miles Killebrew leaves the Steelers to sign with Tampa Bay according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, where former Steelers coach Danny Smith is the new special teams coordinator.

A multiple year special teams captain and Pro Bowler, Killebrew made $3.25 million and suffered a major knee injury against the Browns in October of 2025 and was lost for the season. He was replaced by Ben Skowronek as captain and likely the wide receiver will take over that role in 2026.

The 33-year-old has 166 tackles, two interceptions, four blocked kicks, a couple of touchdowns and a safety in his career.
