The NFL has “leaked” the first Steelers opponent of the season.

Pittsburgh will travel to Buffalo to take on Josh Allen and the Bills Week One.

The game is scheduled for 1 p.m. on September 12.

The Steelers are 9-4 overall in Week One under Mike Tomlin.

Last season, the Steelers lost in Buffalo 26-15, giving up two touchdowns in the third quarter.

The Steelers have what is considered to be the hardest schedule in the NFL and taking on the defending AFC East Champions will be a real test for Pittsburgh.

The Bills finished the 2020 season 13-3, while the Steelers lost four of their last five games and were handily defeated by the Browns in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.

The rest of the 2021 NFL schedule will be released at 8 p.m. Wednesday
