According to reports, the Steelers trade deadline day continues to be a busy one.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Steelers are acquiring cornerback Will Jackson III from the Washington Commanders.

Rapoport says they are in the final stages of the trade.

It was reported earlier on Tuesday that the Commanders were going to release Jackson if they couldn’t get a deal done.

According to reports, Jackson has wanted to get out of Washington. He has missed the past few games due to a back injury.

So far this season, through four games, Jackson has 16 total tackles, one tackle for a loss and two passes defended.
