PITTSBURGH (93.7 the Fan) With the NFL Scouting Combine over and the Draft the next big date on the agenda for the league, NCAA schools are holding respective pro days.

The Pitt Panthers held their pro day on Monday and the Pittsburgh Steelers had some representation on the field.

Mike Tomlin and Kevin Colbert on Wednesday attended their third pro day in as many day, this time at Ole Miss.

The focus of the visit to Ole Miss was their quarterback Matt Corral who has been one of the quarterbacks rumored to be taken by the Steelers in the upcoming draft.

On Monday the duo of Tomlin and Colbert kept an eye on Kenny Pickett at Pitt's pro day and Tuesday they attended pro day at Liberty University watching Malik Willis.

Normally, an NFL teams' personnel watching as many pro days as possible would be normal.

But, Colbert and Tomlin are historically mainstays at the Ohio State pro day, which they skipped to watch Corral.

The Steelers continue to look at the possibility of drafting a quarterback despite signing Mitch Trubisky for two years and are expecting to have him battle Mason Rudolph and Dwayne Haskins for the starting job.

While there were Steeler representatives at the Ohio State pro day, it wasn't the big names of Tomlin and Colbert who have been extremely active in looking at QBs.

The more pro days that go by, the more quarterbacks that the two look at and might consider taking.

At the end of the day, nothing will be official until pick 20 of the 2022 NFL Draft, but it's becoming very plain to see that the Steelers will be taking a QB with their first pick.
