A group of Steelers players are taking exception to a group of adult anti-maskers who stood outside an elementary school, holding signs and trying to pass out literature while students walked by.

Reporter Samuel Braslow says that protestors outside of Hawthorne Elementary School in Beverly Hills, CA, were telling the kids to not wear a mask.

The group is reportedly part of an anti-vaccination that temporarily shut down a COVID vaccination site at Dodger Stadium back in January.

Steelers defensive tackle Chris Wormley responded to a video of the protest on Twitter saying “Weirdos.”

Wormley’s teammate defensive end Stephon Tuitt responded saying, “Where is this? Also if it’s close are you done to supple these people for harassing children? I haven’t’ tackled someone in awhile.”

Steelers offensive tackle Zach Banner chimed in as well, posting a gif of The Hulk smashing villain Loki from “The Avengers” movie.

Masks have been proven to help slow the spread of coronavirus.
