Back in February, after months of speculation, Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West. And while we’re currently watching it all unfold on the 20th and final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, their live has been moving along, as the two have reached a custody settlement regarding their 4 kids.

A little over 2 months after Kim filed her divorce petition, Kanye filed his own legal docs, that basically mirror that of his estranged wife. Both have asked for joint legal and physical custody of their four children -- North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1. Neither are interested in spousal support and plan on individually paying for their own attorney’s fees (what, like you’re surprised, they both Oprah rich). FYI... joint custody doesn't automatically mean a 50/50 split, and in most cases the mother, in this instance Kim, will have the kids the majority of the time.
Additionally, if you’ve been keeping up from the beginning, then you know Kim and Kanye have a prenup, which neither of them are planning to contest and are already in the process of reaching a property settlement agreement.
Throughout the last few years, Kanye’s transition to becoming more immersed in his religion has taken a toll on his home life and how he’s decided to raise his children. When Speaking to E!, Kim revealed that there had been a "big fight" when Kanye banned North from wearing makeup.
"North is trying to get in on the makeup, but she's being blocked heavily because her dad has stopped all makeup for her until she's a teenager," Kim said. "It's turned into a big fight in the household right now.”
Kim addressed the issue once more, during a promotional visit on The Talk, where she shared, "He's my husband, so I obviously want to honor what he's feeling. But he's been going through this life change, and it's mostly about the kids.”
“The kids are getting older. He's very cautious about what we have in the house — we got rid of the TVs in the kids' rooms and removed makeup from North's room," she went on. "He's been very... had this epiphany of... being a little bit more strict as a dad and being very forceful on the imagery that's in our household and what they see.”
Well, despite no longer wanting to be together and their “differing visions” for their kids, the one thing they both agree on is their commitment to co-parenting.
