LOS ANGELES (KNX) — Baseball fans got another round of bad news Wednesday, as the league announced more games have fallen to the lockout. For now, all Major League Baseball games are canceled through at least April 14, with no word yet on whether or not more Spring Training games will be canceled.
The cancelations come as league owners and players continue to strike out during negotiations. They also come just nine days after Commissioner Robert D. Manfred, Jr. announced the cancellation of opening day.

Manfred said the clubs went to "extraordinary lengths" to meet the substantial needs of the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) but that yet again, nothing had been agreed upon.
"Regrettably, after our second late-night bargaining session in a week, we remain without a deal," he said.
"We worked hard to reach an agreement and offered a fair deal with significant improvements for the players and our fans. I am saddened by this situation’s continued impact on our game and all those who are a part of it, especially our loyal fans."
In a statement shared by the MLBPA, the collective bargaining unit said the owners' decision to cancel more games is "completely unnecessary" and that "players want to play and we cannot wait to get back on the field for the best fans of the world."
"After making a set of comprehensive proposals to the league earlier this afternoon, and being told substantive responses were forthcoming, players have yet to hear back," the bargaining union tweeted.
"Our top priority remains the finalization of a fair contract for all players, and we will continue negotiations toward that end."
The MLB and MLBPA are expected to resume discussions Wednesday morning, according to ESPN.
