WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KNX) — Sheriff’s deputies scoured Marilyn Manson’s West Hollywood home Monday as part of the investigation into domestic violence and sexual assault allegations between, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Detectives from LASD's Special Victims Unit executed a search warrant on the rockstar’s home around 7 a.m., as part of the investigation involving incident that occurred between 2009 and 2011, LASD said in a statement emailed to KNX.
Investigators collected a cache of potential evidence, including "media storage devices" to be examined by the district attorney, LASD said. TMZ has reported that hard drives were among the items confiscated.
Manson was not home when the search warrant was served. The investigation remains active.
Multiple women have accused 52-year-old Warner of abuse and assault. In an interview with Rolling Stone earlier this month, a former assistant alleged he confined women to a “so-called Bad Girls’ Room,” complete with soundproofing to shield the cries of anyone locked inside.
Manson denied the allegations in court filings in June.
