While many of his fellow Republicans continue to search for a reason to impeach President Joe Biden, Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina believes there isn’t enough meat to that investigation to spend much time discussing it. Yet.

“If there were a smoking gun, I think we’d be talking about it,” Graham said during an appearance on NBC’s Meet The Press.

However, Graham also added that he believes there could be more for Republicans to chew on soon.

“The narrative that Hunter Biden presented is falling part. The idea that Joe Biden knew nothing about the business dealings is falling apart. I’m not worried about impeaching the president right now,” Graham said, seemingly preaching patience in the investigative process.

“They have to prove that President Biden somehow financially benefited from the business enterprises of Hunter Biden,” Graham further stated of the House’s impeachment inquiry. “We’ll see.”

Graham said the ongoing conflict in the Middle East between Israel and the terrorist organization Hamas is a greater concern at the moment in his mind.
