Fresno County Sherriff’s deputies found a litter of dead Rottweiler puppies in a zip-tied garbage bag at Kearney Park Monday morning.

Officials said two surviving dogs were taken to animal hospital, 24/7 Pet Vets. Sadly, one puppy died on the way.

One of the Rottweiler puppies survived, who vets named “Tiny”, is battling Parvo, according to ABC 30.

"Parvo is very painful," Brenda Mitchell, President of the Fresno Humane Animal Services, told the news outley. "It's like the worst flu that you could ever imagine having. And then to be in a bag with the siblings dying, it just doesn't get worse than that to me."

Mitchell said Parvo treatment could cost between $1,500 to $6,000; however, thanks to donations made, vets say Tiny can begin treatments.
