If you haven't been to the Geffen Playhouse recently "The Mountaintop" is a good reason to get tickets. Let's just say (without giving away too much) it imagines what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s last night on earth could have been like.

Joining me is Tony Award nominee Jon Michael Hill who stars as King with only one other actor, Amanda Warren. He talks about what the role means to him, why now in history it's a good time to get the message out, performing at Geffen Playhouse and much more.
It's set in 1968 right after King, Jr. gave his historic "I've Been to the Mountaintop" speech and his conversation with a maid (delivering room service and a revelation) ensues.
It runs June 25th thru July 9 (possibly extended to the 16th) but why wait. To get tickets or to find out more go to geffenplayhouse.org.
