Man arrested in connection to robbery of $3,650 microphone from Guitar Center

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. (KNX) – An arrest was made in connection to a theft at a Guitar Center in Westlake Village, according to deputies.

On April 20 around 2:45 p.m., two men entered the store on 30730 Russell Road.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Lost Hills/Malibu station said the two men ran off with a Neumann U 87 Ai microphone worth $3,650 after their credit card application was denied.

Details surrounding the arrest, including the identity of the suspect, has not been revealed. The second suspect was arrested with another agency on suspicion over robbery.
