Police investigating couple allegedly performing sex act during Oakland A's game: report

OAKLAND, Calif. (KNX) – The Oakland Police Department is investigating an incident involving a couple allegedly performing a sex act while in the stands at RingCentral Coliseum.

It happened on Sunday during the Oakland Athletics game against the Seattle Mariners, according to TMZ.

Video circulating on social media showed the couple high up in the stands alone and engaged in what looks like a sex act.

Candace Keas, the department’s Public Information Officer, provided the following statement to KRON-4:

 “The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to this incident until after the game and we were advised that A’s staff/cameras did not capture video of this during the game. We have initiated an investigation. However, the parties have not been identified and no one has been cited/arrested at this time. The violation is 647(a) PC. Lewd acts in public.”

The couple is charged and convicted, they could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
