The Verona Fire is continuing to grow in Riverside County.
The fire was first reported at Verona Rd. and Juniper Springs Rd. at 12:20 p.m.
CalFire officials say the fire is mapped at 175 acres with zero containment and is burning at a “dangerous rate of spread.”
Per CalFire, the following zones are under evacuation orders:
- RVC-1185
- RVC-1186
- RVC-1187
- RVC-1285
Per CalFire, the following zones are under evacuation warnings:
- RVC-1076
- RVC-1077
- HMT-1188
- HMT-1189
- HMT-1292
- RVC-1286
There are no injuries reported at the time.
