***SPOILER ALERT "The Masked Singer"*** It's a moment we talked about that was expected to come on "The Masked Singer," and it finally aired last night. Rudy Giuliani was revealed as a contestant, the Jack in the Box, and that didn't sit well with judge Ken Jeong. The trial of Blac Chyna versus the Kardashians began yesterday, and Blac Chyna was first to take the stand. She claimed that she was just joking around when she pointed a gun at Rob Kardashian's head and wrapped an iPhone cord around his neck. She testified that she and Rob were celebrating their show being picked up for a second season by throwing around money and "being silly." As for the gun that Rob allegedly kept on the dresser, she says he claimed that it was unloaded, and he told her there weren't any bullets in the house. Apparently, he was on FaceTime with his friends when she came up to him and put the gun to his head. According to Blac Chyna, Rob was very jealous and would often go through her phone. Things got to the point where they had a paternity test taken to assure Rob he was Dream's father. Blac Chyna admitted she got mad because Rob took her phone, and she smashed the gingerbread house and television, but she denied damaging Rob's car, or threatening to kill or slap him, according to tmz.com.

More details in the Johnny Depp / Amber Heard trial to share with you after Johnny continued his testimony yesterday;
- He said his daughter, Lily-Rose, disliked Amber so much she didn't attend their wedding.
- Johnny said Amber attacked him with "a rapid-fire, sort of an endless parade of insults and would "strike out in anger" explaining, "It could begin with a slap, it could begin with a shove, it could begin with throwing a TV remote at my head. It could begin with throwing a glass of wine at my face. All in all, it was constant."
- Johnny's finger injury from Amber throwing a bottle at him required him to have part of his finger reconstructed from a skin graft from another part of his hand. He said that he wore a bandage through the rest of production on "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales," but that it was removed in the film through CGI. The reason she threw the bottle at him? She got mad because she found out that she wasn't in his will.
The producers of "Rust" have received the maximum citation - $139,793 - from the state of New Mexico for safety violations that resulted in the "avoidable" shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Meanwhile, the Santa Fe sheriff's office is still examining the case to see if criminal charges are warranted. Alec Baldwin's team issued a statement on Instagram regarding the finding, saying, in part, "We appreciate that the report exonerates Mr. Baldwin by making clear that he believed the gun held only dummy rounds." Basically, using the finding as an excuse to point out one more time they don't think Alec is responsible at all.
NeNe Leakes is suing everyone involved with the production of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" over racism on the set. According to the paperwork, NeNe said she complained about racist remarks Kim Zolciak-Bierman made throughout the years. Andy Cohen is even named as a defendants, but interestingly Kim is not named in the suit. NeNe is calling out "workplace culture in which racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated – if not, encouraged." NeNe claims that Kim made many racist remarks over the years, but instead of being reprimanded, she was rewarded with a spin-off.
"Twilight" star Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen) confirmed Taylor Lautner's role as Jacob was at risk if he couldn't bulk up for the sequel, "New Moon." In the latest episode of her podcast, "The Twilight Effect," she said, "I don't remember if they had someone actually waiting in the wings, but I do remember there being discussions on whether or not he could transform into what he needed to be." It's worth noting that at the time of the press release for the next movie, Taylor wasn't mentioned, and there was even a rumor that actor Michael Copon was being considered to take over the role. Ashley added, "I think we were all, at that point, replaceable. So I imagine there was a good bit of pressure on poor, young Taylor." But, "He obviously came through because he gained so much muscle. I just remember him complaining constantly about always having to eat." That's a problem I've never had.
