Gwyneth Paltrow will be an empty nester soon and she says she's not handling it well. Her daughter, Apple, started at Vanderbilt University in fall 2022, and her son Moses, is set to attend Brown University later this year. Gwyneth said, "It's kind of giving me a nervous breakdown. If I'm honest, I started being like, 'Oh, my God, and I need to quit my job and I need to sell my house and I need to move.' It's sort of putting things into turmoil." She said the feelings all stem as her "identity has been being a mother," and now she's trying to adjust to the idea of not having kids at home anymore. Psychologist-astrologist Jennifer Freed told her, "I would like you to think of it as being free birds instead of having an empty nest."
