Gwyneth Paltrow scored a win in her ski crash trial, but she shouldn't go spending that big one dollar award just yet. The attorney for Dr. Terry Sanderson told TMZ they're considering petitioning the court for a new trial or appeal, citing a number of mistakes they say were made in the case. He said one big issue is that the judge allowed Gwyneth's lawyers to dig into the doctor's past, something they say was "totally unrelated" to the collision on the mountain, but the court didn't allow his lawyers to do the same with respect to Gwyneth's past.

"Grey's Anatomy" star Caterina Scorsone, aka Dr. Amelia Shepherd, posted to Instagram yesterday that she lost her home and her pets in a fire. She wrote, "A couple of months ago my house burned down. While getting my kids ready for bed and finishing bath time, smoke began to seep up through the grout around the tub. I had about two minutes to get my three kids out of the house, and we escaped with less than shoes on our feet. But we got out. And for that, I am eternally grateful. Heartbreakingly, we lost all four of our pets."

The "American Idol" contestant that gained fame by calling out Katy Perry for "mom-shaming" is dropping out of the show. Sara Beth, announced on Sunday night's episode that her performance of "Roxanne" by The Police would mark her last appearance on the show. She chose family over fame. The judges were disappointed and begged her not to leave the competition. They even said they were about to send Sara through to the next round based on her "Roxanne" performance. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make Sara stay.

Dwayne Johnson shared the big news that there's going to be a live action remake of "Moana," with all the characters we've come to love brought to life. Dwayne added that his character Maui was based on his real-life grandfather, High Chief Peter Maivia. He said, "Humbled to say we're bringing Moana's beautiful story to the live-action big screen. I'm honored to partner with Disney to tell our story through the realm of music and dance, which at the core is who we are as Polynesian people."  There's no timeline yet for the remake. The original "Moana" debuted in 2016 and brought in more than $680 million for Disney.

Lewis Capaldi told the Sunday Times in an interview that he may have to quit music for his health. Lewis struggles with things extreme anxiety, imposter syndrome, hypochondria, and Tourette's Syndrome, ironically all induced by entertaining. He explained, "It's only making music that does this to me. Otherwise, I can be fine for months at a time. So it's a weird situation. Right now, the trade-off is worth it, but if it gets to a point where I'm doing irreparable damage to myself, I'll quit."

Abby Lee Miller has made it clear that her former favorite student, Maddy Ziegler, will not be making an appearance on any revival or reboot of "Dance Moms." According to OK, when a reporter asked about it, Abbie said, "Definitely not. She absolutely wants nothing to do with me and that's sad, but it is what it is." Maddie herself admitted last year, "She trained me, she helped me, but also, I knew I would be okay without her and I was sick of being in a toxic environment. I was like, 'This is not for me. I can't do this.' I haven't spoken to her since."

Howell Wayans, father to Keenen Ivory, Damon, Shawn, Marlon, Dwayne, Kim, Nadia, Elvira, Diedre and Vonnie, passed this weekend at the age of 86. TMZ reports that Marlon actually learned of his father's passing while he was performing at a club in Burbank, CA. He was told after his first show that night, and still went on to do his second show afterward, where sources say he worked his father's passing into his set, one where he was already discussing the passing of his mother. Needless to say, it was very emotional. Many celebs have expressed their condolences, noting what an amazing man Howell was. Omar Epps posted a personal note as well, saying Howell was like a father to him, always giving him advice, guidance, and inspiration.

Former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star Tori Spelling was spotted out and about rocking a sick eye patch. She shared a pic on Instagram, writing, "Thx to all the well wishes and concern. Everyone is asking if I scratched my cornea. It's actually an ulcer on my eye. Antibiotic drops and Dr said it will 'hopefully' heal in 7-10 days." In that pic, she was wearing your standard-issue white hospital patch, but for the night on the town, she switched over to a hot pink bejeweled number to match her outfit.

A music producer has accused rapper Chris Brown of hitting him over the head with a bottle at a nightclub in London back in February, RadarOnline.com reports. He said Chris' people "punched and kicked" him as he fell to the ground but that Chris was the one who started it and "hit me over the head two or three times." Chris was arrested in the past, in 2009 for assaulting his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, and in 2013 for giving a fan a bloody nose. Instead of cooperating with police, he decided to come back to the U.S. instead.

With "House of the Dragon" a huge hit, HBO is planning another "Game of Thrones" prequel series about Aegon I Targaryen's conquest of Westeros, the first Targaryen king, almost 100 years before the events of HotD, which is about 300 years before the events of GoT.  It could start with a feature film that could lead into a series. The project is still in the very early development stages and HBO is currently searching for a writer. Good luck to that person in keeping all the names and relations straight.
