Coldplay helped a fan with a proposal during their show at London’s Wembley Stadium on August 22nd, but not until Chris Martin asked a few key questions first. Chris wanted to make sure the guy proposing and the girl he was proposing to were an actual couple and that neither was involved with anyone else, given the recent drama over the Astronomer couple on the kiss cam.
Production on “Emily in Paris” has come to a sudden halt due to a death on set. On August 22, Diego Borella, the assistant director on the show, tragically died at the age of 47 while filming season 5 in Italy. He collapsed while the crew was getting a scene ready at the iconic Hotel Diego Borella, Danieli in Venice. Filming has been immediately suspended, as the cast and crew process his death and take time to mourn.
Adam Levine’s daughters are huge fans of Olivia Rodrigo, but Adam’s not afraid to admit he is too. He said, “I’m not shying away from the fact that I’m a big fan of Olivia Rodrigo.” After taking his daughters Dusty Rose and Gio Grace to see Olivia live last summer, he called the show “phenomenal” saying,“She keeps it real. She puts on a rock show … she does it for real. Not too much glitz and glamour and smoke and mirrors.” I sense a collaboration on the horizon.
Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga, who have played real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren in the "Conjuring" series of films, have questions for comedian Matt Rife, who bought the Warren's Connecticut home earlier this month. The house contains a museum of over 750 artifacts collected by the Warrens over the years, including the infamous "Annabelle" doll. After hearing Matt bought the house, Vera said, "I'd love to pick his brain," adding she'd like to know "what his intentions are." Patrick added, "I can’t imagine the people that live on that street want lines of cars paying money to go into the house." If Patrick and Vera are worried, maybe Matt should consider that he made a serious real estate mistake.
