A letter Angelina Jolie wrote to Brad Pitt in 2021 that was brought up in the battle over their winery in France has come to light in a newly uncovered court filing. Angelina had said the business is "past the point of anything that I could be part of, morally and for the good of our family." She said in the letter she had hoped it would be where they "grow old" but "Even now [it is] impossible to write this without crying. I will treasure my memories of what it was a decade ago." She made many points as to what she wanted to sell, and wrapped up saying, "Miraval for me died September 2016, and everything I have seen in the years since has sadly confirmed that." She signed the letter, "Regretfully, Angie." The letter is an important focal piece of the trial in which Brad Pitt claims she blindsided him by selling her share to a Russian billionaire.

Sir Elton John ended up in the hospital Sunday night after a fall at his villa just outside of Nice, France. A rep for the 76-year-old said he's back home recuperating how. This isn't the first time Elton had a clumsy moment – he had to push back the rest of his 2021 tour until this year after he "fell awkwardly on a hard surface" which left his hip in "considerable pain and discomfort," leading to surgery. He put off performing because he would never "give less than 100 percent."
