Jennifer Lopez was turned away from a high end store
It's Mariah Carey's world and we're all just living in it. When asked about Katy Perry's recent Blue Origin trip, Mariah seemed totally out of the loop. She responded, "Where'd she go? Into orbit and back?" Even after hearing the full story, Mariah doubted it, asking, "This is true?" Mariah eventually decided to believe it saying, "Alright Katy… I'm not mad at her.
That's pretty amazing." Well, at least her reaction to the space flight went better than most celeb's negative reactions, though it sounds like Mariah still doesn't have all the facts sorted out just yet.
Kelly Clarkson had taken some time off from her Las Vegas residency recently, and then again more suddenly, this time saying that her ex-husband was sick and she needed to be there for her kids. Almost immediately after, we come to find out that her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, has died at the age of 48 after a battle with cancer for more than three years.
Jennifer Lopez was refused entry to a Chanel store in Istanbul earlier this week after security "failed to recognize her." The Daily Mail reports that JLo attempted to enter a Chanel store before a guard told her "We're full." Unfazed, JLo said "Okay, no problem," before walking into a different store. Not long after, someone at Chanel realized who they'd just turned away and invited her into the store, but Jennifer declined, as she was too busy dropping thousands in a 3-hour spree in stores that were not too full for her to shop in. Someone's totally getting fired today.
Chad Michael Murray dished that he and Lindsay Lohan's kiss in 2003's "Freaky Friday" was her first onscreen kiss, calling it "super nerve-racking." But, he said, "Jamie helped us through all that. I remember just trying to hang on and hope that no one figured out I wasn't very good at this. I just remember just hoping I didn't screw it up. I remember her being so supportive and loving, Jamie, and I remember her being playful and bright." Sounds like he remembers more about Jamie than he does that kiss with Lindsay, which I guess doesn't say much for Lindsay…
