Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is number one on the charts again. The song logged its ninth total week atop the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the first song to lead in four separate years on the chart. FYI, Mariah makes $2.5 million a year from "All I Want for Christmas Is You" alone, and by 2017, Mariah had made over $60 million in royalties for the song since its debut in 1994. Since its release, the track has sold an estimated 10 million copies, officially making it a Diamond-certified song. As of 2022, just 92 songs in history have been certified diamond.
BTS' Jin is officially in the South Korean Army. Off to boot camp with his new buzz cut, Jin will have five weeks of basic training involving rifle shooting, grenade throwing, and marching practices before being assigned to a base. Since all men in SK have to serve 18 months in the army, all seven members of BTS will have to serve soon. Jin is the oldest, so he's the first up. BTS plans to get back together in 2025, once they've all served their time.
Kirstie Alley leaves behind a $40 million fortune, according to Radar, thanks to all her success on "Cheers" and the "Look Who's Talking" films, followed by "Kirstie Alley's Big Life," "Celebrity Big Brother," "Dancing with the Stars," and "The Masked Singer." A source said, "The bulk of her estate will go to her kids, then the rest to charities." Sadly, Kirstie was in the middle of building her dream farmhouse in Florida, a project that was started back in 2020 and unfortunately never completed. In the meantime, it's said that her dear friend John Travolta is having a very hard time coping with her death, according to RadarOnline.com. The two have been close ever since starring in the LWT movies, to the point people thought they were having an affair. But they never crossed that line and stayed true friends 'til the end. They spoke almost every day up to Kirstie's passing, sources said.
Blake Shelton is a little embarrassed to admit that he and Gwen Stefani are avid gardeners, owning that "we go way over-the-top," adding, "It's embarrassing how much we spend on seeds." Saying, "Besides music, gardening has been our biggest bonding activity." As to what they're growing, a lot of zinnias and sunflowers, but Blake did say they've got a ways to go when it comes to successfully growing Icelandic lilies, according to OK.

NBA superstar Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha Curry put their money and time to good use, osting a winter wonderland celebration in Oakland for 2,000, including 500 kids. For the 10th year, the couple hosted their annual Christmas with the Currys event, organized by their nonprofit, the Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation. The celebration included sugar cookie decorating, food trucks, ice skating, sledding, a snowball play pit, and pics with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The Currys said they do it to bring together the community and help make the season brighter for families under a lot of pressure, according to "Good Morning America."
"Below Deck" news…
"Below Deck" star Captain Lee Rosbach, who has been with the show all ten seasons since it started in 2013, said he has to hang up his captain's hat because of health problems. He is suffering from serious nerve issues to the point where it's difficult to walk and he can't feel anything on the left side of his body, according to TMZ.
In happier news, "Below Deck" star Kate Chastain shared that she's expecting a baby. No word on who the baby daddy is as she is not currently in a relationship.
Sam Worthington talked to Extra about what it took to prep for his role in "Avatar: The Way of Water." Sam said he spent a year in training with the Navy Seals so he could film 30 feet underwater. Sam said the training helped since, "You don't think about it. You have to do the scenes as if you're not underwater… My trick was [to] forget how deep I was, forget that I was running out of air, and just do my job."
"Levitating" singer Dua Lipa and "First Class" singer Jack Harlow are dating, according to Page Six. The first sign there were feelings between these two? He wrote a song named after her for his latest album.
Adam Sandler is receiving a huge honor recognizing his long, successful career. He is joining the likes of Whoopi Goldberg, George Carlin and Richard Pryor as a recipient of the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. Even though critics pan his movies, they still make money and the fans love him.

Johhny Depp donned his Captain Jack Sparrow costume to help out a young fan. A boy named Kori, who has a terminal heart condition, had one wish – to reach 100,000 YouTube subscribers- so he could earn his YouTube's Silver Play Button Award. Kori's parents reached out to a bunch of celebrities to help, and Johnny stepped up, dressing as Captain Jack and producing an almost two-and-a-half minute video for Kori. Needless to say, with Captain Jack Sparrow's help, Kori has indeed exceeded 100,000 subscribers.
Rebel Wilson admitted she might not have ever been in a relationship with her girlfriend, Ramona Agruma, if it weren't for her latest movie. She told The Hollywood Reporter that if it wasn't for her onscreen kiss with her "The Almond and the Seahorse" costar Charlotte Gainsbourg, she might not have ever considered dating a woman. As Rebel explained, "The kiss with Charlotte came up, then, weirdly through kissing her in my professional life I thought, 'Well, maybe I should do that for real in my personal life and see how it goes,' which I did." Rebel and Ramona started dating at the end of 2021, right around when filming for "The Almond and the Seahorse" wrapped. She said the film "changed my love life completely," explaining, "If I hadn't had the experience with Charlotte or the experience with the other woman, I don't know if I would have ever met Ramona. Having those experiences opened my heart up to it as a possibility. I'm grateful for those two experiences."
Jay Leno opens up on "Today" this morning about what happened that day in his garage when he found himself on fire. He said, "It was a 1907 White Steam Car. The fuel line was clogged, so I was underneath it. It sounded clogged and I said, 'Blow some air through the line,' and suddenly, boom, I got a face full of gas. And then the pilot light jumped and my face caught on fire, and I said to my friend, I said, 'Dave, I'm on fire.' And then, 'Oh, my God.' Dave, my friend, pulled me out and jumped on top of me and kind of smothered the fire."
