"Empire" star Jussie Smollett was found guilty on 5 of the 6 charges against him for lying about a hate crime attack, and one of the jurors admitted they probably would have found him guilty on the 6th charge, it's just that they didn't understand the wording. But what was it that led them to believe he was guilty? A tuna sub. Jussie claimed he had gotten one from Subway at 2 a.m. Jussie said the attack happened after he bought it, according to Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson. Jussie claimed his attackers used hate speech, hung a noose around his neck, and poured bleach over him. Here's where he gets caught - on the video of him returning from the attack, he was carrying the tuna sub. Johnson explained that in 99% of assault cases, victims usually drop everything because they are afraid, but "This guy had the sandwich in his hand, never been touched. So that was a real tip and a clue to us that something was amiss." He also pointed out how Jussie was calm when he finally took the noose off his neck, explaining most people would have been worked up and have done that right away, but he waited until he had witnesses. BTW Michelle Obama has a guest appearance on "black-ish" where she'll drop by the Johnson's house as an unexpected dinner guest on January 4th. Back to the survey - Bill Gates comes in at number two and Chinese President Xi Jinping is in the third position for the men. On the ladies' side, Angelina Jolie is at number two and Queen Elizabeth II at number three. Interestingly, the female list features many more entertainers - including Emma Watson, Priyanka Chopra, and Scarlett Johansson. But on the guys' side? Chrissy explained, "Luna was drawing on us one night, and she was like, 'I love this. This is the best butterfly I've ever drawn,' and then she drew a beautiful floral bouquet on John's arm, and he was like, 'I'll tattoo mine, if you tattoo yours.'" She added, "I was like, 'Well, I don't wanna say it, but yours looks a lot better than mine,' but we support the arts in our household, so…" Well, John finally got it done, showing it off on social media.

"Real Housewives of New York" star Luann de Lesseps says accusations she dined and dashed are ridiculous. Word spread that Luann skipped out on a $700 bill after a fancy dinner at a D.C. restaurant. But her team says it was just a misunderstanding and that Luann had put her credit card down when the check came, but she didn't realize it was never picked up or charged. It wasn't until the next day when Luann realized she didn't have a receipt. Her team was on it "immediately" and paid the bill in full. Luann even left a "significant tip" for the staff, adding they were "very understanding and gracious."
