She agreed to $1 million, which will be paid by her insurance company, but said, just to be clear, "This is not an act of concession. There are no restrictions or gags with respect to my voice moving forward." Amber had appealed the decision initially, but said she just can't go through all the courtroom drama again, according to TMZ. She also said she has lost faith in the American legal system. As for Johnny, a source said he never wanted to destroy Amber, he just wanted the truth, according to OK.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Christmas card only had a picture of the two of them on it this year, no sight of their two kids, Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1. It was a black-and-white photo of the two of them at a fancy gala earlier this month in New York City. In the meantime, Prince William and Kate Middleton showed off their Christmas card, which featured the whole family of five, with Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4. They were all dressed down in jeans. See both cards at okmagazine.com. What makes this interesting is that Meghan said in her Netflix docuseries that she's more laid back than the formal royals. These cards speak the opposite.

Elon Musk asked in a poll, "Should I run Twitter?" After almost 18 million votes, 58% said "no." YouTuber MrBeast replied, "If you're going to keep doing stuff like this, yes." And Tom Anderson (yes, from Myspace) wrote, "Depends who you get to run it!" Perhaps seeing an opportunity, Snoop Dogg jumped in, asking his followers if he should run Twitter. With over three million votes on his Twitter poll, Snoop had an overwhelming 81% approval rate on the potential career move, according to Yahoo.

Do Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt have feelings for each other? Earlier this month, Margot Robbie revealed she improvised a kissing scene with Brad Pitt in their new movie, "Babylon," explaining, "I thought, 'When else am I gonna get the chance to kiss Brad Pitt? I'm just going to go for it.'" And Brad was totally okay with it. As a matter of fact, he said, "When else am I going to get a chance [to kiss her],' so yeah, let's have this." He added, "We've been in three films together, and this is the first time we've had a scene together." The two did "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" and "The Big Short" together, but never shared scenes. I wonder how his current rumored girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, feels about it. She was with Brad on the red carpet for the premiere of "Babylon," so let's look at the body language during that conversation.

A jury found Harvey Weinstein guilty of rape and sexual assault in Los Angeles yesterday after the jury deliberated for 10 days. The charges stemmed from allegations brought forth by four women. Harvey is already serving a 23-year sentence after being found guilty of rape and sexual assault in 2020. He could now get up to 24 years for the new conviction against him. He's 70, so even off the first sentence alone, there wasn't a good chance he'd ever be a free man again.

Lewis Capaldi said ticket sales to his upcoming performance in Germany are "abysmal" compared to other countries "People in Germany are really not vibing with my music, I have to say at the minute. Ticket sales are abysmal." He added, "The show [capacity] in Berlin is 17,000 people, that's what the arena can hold. And I have sold 1,373 tickets." He did say that it is much scarier playing in front of 300,000 people than 300, so maybe this is a blessing in disguise?
