The 94th Academy Awards will take place live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on March 27, 2022. While Billie Eilish and Beyonce were nominated, fans were furious that Lady Gaga was not. Aretha Franklin's family was upset that Jennifer Hudson didn't get a nomination for her portrayal. Another surprise was Lin-Manuel Miranda's song, "Dos Oruguitas" from "Encanto," getting a nomination over another song from the film, "We Don't Talk About Bruno." The reason? Disney didn't submit the song for consideration. Also worth noting, Steven Spielberg has set a new Oscars record as the first person to be nominated for Best Director in six different decades. As Nick Cannon is expecting his eighth child with his fifth baby mama, fans are blasting him for having all these kids with all these women. It seems some of his friends have opinions on the subject as well, with one taking it as far as sending Nick a custom vending machine filled with protection of the latex variety. Nick posted a pic on Instagram and wrote, "Looks like somebody just sent me an early Valentine's Day gift!!" No word on who sent it. Sadly, they all appear to be the same so it doesn't matter if you press D3 or F7. Also, no price is listed, but it's got to be a heck of a lot cheaper than child support.
Babies!...
"Pretty Little Liars" alum Shay Mitchell is pregnant with her and Matt Babel's second child.
"FBI" star Missy Peregrym, 39, is pregnant with her second child with husband Tom Oakley.
"Glee" star Jenna Ushowitz and hubby David Stanley are expecting their first child together, a daughter.
"Transformers: Dark of the Moon" star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and her husband, "Hobbs & Shaw" star Jason Statham, welcomed their second child, Isabella James Statham on February 2nd, which seemed to be a very popular day for celebrity births.
Kristen Bell talked with husband Dax Shepard on his podcast "Armchair Expert" and shared that their two daughters sleep in the same room as them. It's not a situation where the kids climb into bed with them – they actually tuck them into bed first. Kristen said, "They go to bed at 7:30, so we will go into the bedroom at 7:00" to tuck them in. Kristen also noted that there's a certain smell in the bedroom with that many people sleeping in it, blaming it on some family members being gassy and having stinky feet. Let's remember this is also the couple who made headlines in the past for letting the girls go five or six days without bathing.

Sources say Kanye West and Julia Fox are in an open relationship. Timing of the report was key as Ye was seen in Los Angeles partying with a Kim Kardashian-look alike, Chaney Jones, who even rocked an outfit that was reminiscent of the head-to-toe black Balenciaga one-piece spandex suit his soon-to-be ex-wife wore last year. Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner's baby daddy Travis Scott were also on-hand for the "Donda 2" listening party, but don't think that meant Ye is happy with the Karjenner clan. He posted, "I still need an apology for you not giving me the address to my daughter's party." And get this – he not only tagged the family, but also several other accounts Iike Ellen DeGeneres, Former President Barack Obama, Jeff Bezos, Hillary Clinton, and Vice President Kamala Harris. He reportedly deleted the post moments later, but not before Hollywood Unlocked got a screenshot.
As we told you yesterday, fans of Leslie Jones and her fun Olympic tweets were bummed in a big way when she said she was stopping them, hinting that NBC itself was blocking her videos. NBC has gotten the memo, and they say they weren't blocking the videos, rather it was the result of a "third-party error." NBC spokesperson Greg Hughes told the Associated Press, "She is free to do so. She is a super fan of the Olympics, and we are super fans of her." Hopefully, this means Leslie gets back to tweeting.
Looks like congratulations are in order for Sherri Shepherd. Since Wendy Williams won't be returning to her show this season, Sherri will soon be named as the permanent guest host, according to TMZ. "The Wendy Williams Show" producers will be monitoring Wendy's progress from now to September. If she gets better, she's more than welcome to come back. If she doesn't, Sherri will become the permanent replacement host and it will become "The Sherri Shepherd Show" come September to mark the show's 15th season.
The Brit Awards just went down in London, and it was a huge night for Adele. The singer took home three trophies including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for "30," and Mastercard Single of the Year for "Easy on Me." Adele is now the most awarded artist in Brit Award history with 12 wins. The night's other winners include: Ed Sheeran, who nabbed Songwriter of the Year, Olivia Rodrigo, who took International Song of the Year for "Good 4 U," Billie Eilish, who won International Artist of the Year, Dua Lipa, who won Best R&B/Pop Act and Silk Sonic, winner of Best International Group. Ed Sheeran, by the way, confirmed he does have a song coming out Friday with Taylor Swift. But it was Adele who had everyone talking, not about her awards though. The singer was spotted with a huge pear-shaped diamond ring sparking speculation that she and Rich Paul may have gotten engaged. So far Adele hasn't commented.

Blake Lively loves mac and cheese, but she has a secret recipe for making the boxed stuff even better. She shared, "Add a heavy splash of whole milk, mix in the cheese powder, 1/3 block of cream cheese, and two big handfuls of fresh grated sharp cheddar and/or hard goat cheese or Gouda. I like to mix all 3. Enjoyyyyyy." Get her full recipe from Entertainment Weekly.
"Taken" actor Liam Neeson fell for a woman who was already taken, unfortunately. Liam, who was married to Natasha Richardson from 1994 until her untimely death after a skiing accident in 2009, hadn't found love since then, but he came close once. While doing press for "Blacklight," Liam said he had fallen in love while filming in Melbourne, Australia. He told "Sunrise," "I made a couple of pals and fell in love once there," Why didn't it work out? According to Liam, "She was taken."
While Owen Wilson is promoting his new movie, "Marry Me" with Jennifer Lopez, he's giving fans an inside look at what it was like to live with his brother, Luke Wilson, while filming. Apparently, the guys were both in Atlanta at the same time on different projects, so they shared a place together. Owen said, "It was nice that we were both there working on things and you have someone to go to dinner with and watch games with, and argue with. There was a lot of arguing." One of those arguments? It may well have been about housekeeping. Owen was asked who was neater, and he told "Today," "I think it depends on who you ask, and since you're asking me I'll say I'm the neat freak and Luke was the slob."
Shawn Mendes appears to be cleansing his body and mind, and he has a sexy shaman helping him. TMZ posted photos of Shawn and his female shaman in Hawaii, with the shots showing them meditating together and the woman blowing into a pipe shoved up his nose. The could be engaging in a ritual cleansing to clear the mind and release negative thoughts, but just being in Hawaii would be enough to do that for me.
