Kelly Clarkson's ex-husband Brandon Blackstock told her she wasn't "sexy" enough to be a coach on "The Voice." The claim comes from court documents that the NY Post got their hands on. According to the docs, she had told Brandon, who was her talent manager as well, that she had wanted to be a coach on the show. He pushed back against it saying the execs wanted "someone sexy" like Rihanna, not her. Despite Brandon trying to shut her down, Kelly was named a coach on Season 14 of the show after all, back in 2018.
Britney Spears said on Instagram she'll never return to the music industry. This came after recent reports that she'd be teaming up with Charli XCX. Britney said "most of the news is trash" and "They keep saying I'm turning to random people to do a new album … I will never return to the music industry !!!" Brit added "When I write, I write for fun or I write for other people !!!" and adding she has "written over 20 songs for other people" during the past two years as a ghost writer.
Speaking of Britney, former "Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller is giving her critique of Britney's dancing videos, and it's not good. According to the Daily Mail, Abby started off giving her kudos for when she was at the top of her game, comparing her to JLo and adding, "She was just great. Britney was adorable, great, confident and well taught." Abby thinks Britney is slipping though because "she was away from her dance teacher too long" and because "dance is a constantly evolving art form, so you have to continually stay with the trends." As for the way Brit's been dressing, Abby noted, "I just want her to pull her pants up. The lower your pants are, the longer your body looks and the shorter your legs look," adding, "And I'm like, 'pull your pants up and make your legs look longer.'"
I told you former "Beverly Hills 90210" star Ian Ziering was involved in an altercation with a motorbike gang in Los Angeles recently, and now two members of the "605 Minibike Gang" say Ian was the one who started it all after they tried to switch lanes legally. They claim he got out of his car on his own and started the fight himself, saying he must've been having a bad day and decided to take out his frustration on them, TMZ reports.
"The Golden Bachelor" Gerry Turner and his chosen, Theresa Nist, will be married tonight, live on TV, tonight at 8pm on ABC. A contestant that lost on "The Golden Bachelor," Susan Noles, is officiating the wedding. Gerry and Theresa asked Susan to marry them because of their close bond formed during the show. Susan is already ordained. If that's not the worst consolation prize, I don't know what is.
