Snoop Dogg butchered Ben Affleck's name while announcing the Golden Globe nominations last month, calling him "Been Afflay" when he announced his Best Supporting Actor nomination for "The Tender Bar," but Ben is used to his name getting skewered. He told Kelly Clarkson on her show earlier this week, "[Snoop] did get the emphasis a little off, yes," adding, "It's funny because I always grew up and I thought, like, 'Affleck? What an incredibly ugly name.' Now it sounds like the duck commercial," referring to the Aflac insurance company duck. He told a story about how his parents would always clarify that their name contained the letter F as in Frank when giving information by phone. Ben said, "I was always like, 'Why did they always do that?' And I realized as I started looking through the mail we would get and it would always be like, 'Mr. and Mrs. A-S-S-L-I-C-K."


Britney Spears finally has her freedom and it's pretty apparent she's feeling more free than ever. The singer just posted a naked selfie on Instagram, with only a heart and flower covering her naughty bits. She captioned the photo, "Free woman energy has never felt better 🎀"

The Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore are paying tribute to the late Betty White as part of their Amazing Women of the Month series. They're offering a nationwide program to earn a commemorative patch in honor of Betty White this month. When it was introduced last month, they only had 712 applicants. Upon her death at 99 on New Year's Eve, the number jumped to over 2,000. She's being honored for being a feminist, civil rights supporter, animal activist, brilliant actress, and an overall nice human being.

Gal Gadot, 36, and her husband, 47-year-old real-estate mogul Yaron Varsano, have three children: 10-year-old Alma, her toddler, 4-year-old Maya, and 8-month-old baby Daniella. And Wonder Woman might not be done. She said, "I love giving birth. I would do it once a week if I could. It's so magical. And I always take epidurals, to be fair, so it's not so painful. Just the moment you feel like you're creating life, it's incredible."

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson were spotted earlier this week leaving for the Bahamas, and on Thursday, Kim posted a bikini pic of herself, captioning it, "Sweet sweet fantasy baby." Some fans think it's an old pic since Pete isn't in it – but the April 2021 issue of "Vanity Fair" is. In the meantime, Kim's soon-to-be ex, Ye, is flaunting his new flavor of the day, Julia Fox. He took her out for a night on the town in New York on New Year's Eve, complete with a Broadway play, dinner, dancing, and a surprise. He brought her to a hotel where he had an entire suite full of clothes for her. Julia described it as "every girl's dream come true" and "a real Cinderella moment." Btw, it turns out Pete and Julia have a past connection – the two posed together as Ken and Barbie for a Paper Magazine photo shoot back in November 2019.

"Spider-Man" star Tom Holland really really wants to play James Bond; so much so that he even pitched a young Bond origin story to Sony. The pitch didn't work, but it did land him the lead in the upcoming movie "Unchartered," according to EW.

Leonardo DiCaprio has a tree named after him. Scientists at the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kev, London have named the scientifically called "Uvariopsis dicaprio" tree "The Leo tree." This honor comes because Leo "was crucial in helping to stop the logging of the Ebo Forest," according to Dr. Martin Cheek. The Ebo Forest was supposed to be opened up for logging, but international experts wrote a letter to the government to try and stop it, documenting the perseveration of the unique plants and animals that live there. Leo got involved and used his social media to get his followers' momentum behind the cause, and it worked. "The Leo tree" is a new tree, endangered, and only grows in the Cameroon forest. It's a small tree but super tropical, an evergreen that has glossy yellow flowers that grow from its trunk.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband Peter Thomas is accused of owing $450,000 in back taxes.

"The Real Housewives of Miami" star Alexia Echevarria's son was arrested after a domestic violence dispute with his girlfriend.

And, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne's new hair extension line in failing miserably, with fans questioning the value of the products and where the money will end up. Erika is currently involved in a fraud investigation related to her estranged husband Tom Girardi's bankruptcy lawsuit.

"White Chicks" and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" actress Brittany Daniel welcomed a baby girl in October, and she has her twin, Cynthia, to thank for it. The twins shot got their big break in the 1990s on "Sweet Valley High," and while Brittany continued her career in Hollywood, Cynthia chose to step away and start a family with "Yellowstone" star Cole Hauser (they have three kids). Brittany was diagnosed with cancer in 2011, and after undergoing chemotherapy for stage IV non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, she was unable to have children on her own. She asked Cynthia if she would be willing to donate her eggs, and Cynthia "didn't hesitate," saying, "We've always shared everything, so why not this?" Brittany married Adam Touni in 2017 and they tried starting a family with Cynthia's donor eggs. After three unsuccessful IVF attempts, they were finally able to have their daughter, Hope. Brittany and Adam got to be in the room when she was born. As far as Cynthia's feelings about meeting Hope, she said, "I wasn't sure how I was going to feel at first, what emotions would come up, but I just felt like the aunt. And that is really special." Nicolas Cage, 58, and his wife Riko Shibata, 27, are expecting their first child together, their rep confirmed to People. The news comes almost a year after they got married in Las Vegas. This will be Nic's third child. He's got Kal-El, 16, and Weston, 31, from past relationships.

Selena Gomez has been very open about her mental health struggles, including her 2018 breakdown, and now she's opening up about how taking a break from social media helped her. Selena, who is one of the most followed celebrities on social media, said, "At one point Instagram became my whole world, and it was really dangerous. In my early 20s, I felt like I wasn't pretty enough. There was a whole period in my life when I thought I needed makeup and never wanted to be seen without it… Taking a break from social media was the best decision that I've ever made for my mental health." Harvard University's Hasty Pudding Theatricals has named Jennifer Garner their Woman of the Year. She will be celebrated in a parade through Harvard Square on February 5, which is also the group's opening night. Jennifer was honored because of her career as an actress as well as her work as a philanthropist and entrepreneur. And she was probably one of the only actresses who would agree to ride in a parade during the coldest month of the year.
