“Midnight in the Switchgrass” premiered last night in Los Angeles. However, Megan Fox wasn’t in attendance. According to a rep for the film, she bailed because of the rise in COVID cases and California’s recent mask mandate. At first, the statement surprised me because she has been out about so often, especially at places like theme parks, but then I realized it’s because the premiere was indoors and the mask mandate means she has to wear a mask indoors. Is that really a good enough reason to skip a premiere?

Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry welcomed daughter Lyra last year, and in a new interview with “BBC Radio 2 with Jo Whiley,” Ed said they played music in the delivery room as Cherry worked her way through the delivery. But it wasn’t Ed’s music playing – it turns out, it was their buddy James Blunt’s album “Back to Bedlam” playing as his daughter was being born. Ed said, “We both were big fans of James growing up, and I've been friends with him for a few years. He came on tour with us and Cherry got really close with his wife and we are now very good family friends” He added, “And we find it quite weird because we love his music so much. Lala, who has been sober since 2018, calls Demi’s take on sobriety super offensive, explaining on the Behind the Velvet Rope podcast, “There are people out there who work their [butt] off to never take themselves out of reality and to never place themselves in an altered state. You know, they don't even, when they have a cold, take DayQuil or NyQuil. So to say that you're, like, 'California sober' or this type of sober is extremely offensive, I think.” She added, “You’re not sober. If you are drinking or you’re smoking weed, you’re not sober.” So far, Demi hasn’t commented on Lala’s remarks.
We’ve heard a lot about the downside of being a royal from Harry and Meghan Markle, but according to rd.com, there are a lot of perks that come with being part of the royal family, including some unusual ones when it comes to Prince Charles. Here are some of them;
- Prince Charles has three personal valets, all dedicated to maintaining his wardrobe and picking out what he will wear. They also iron the shoelaces on all his shoes.
- At one point in time, Prince Charles had a personal valet help him with his nighttime routine and squeeze toothpaste onto his toothbrush every night.
- Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla’s clothes are hand washed. Apparently, when they sent their clothes out for cleaning, some pieces were not coming back.
- Prince Charles is very particular about the temperature of his cheese and biscuits. The staff keeps a warming pan just to make sure they are hot enough for his liking.
I know people who live life like this, they have others to take out their clothes and get them ready for bed – granted, they’re toddlers.
